Sah-wah-dee!

A journey through Thailand is a journey of the senses. Be prepared for a sensory overload!

Everything runs side by side here, rich and poor, buildings that appear to be at the brink of collapsing can be found right across the street of golden temples, classic buildings are alternated with ultramodern high rises, and the best food you’d have ever tasted will be in places that you’d least expect it, often right on the street on old plastic seats and tables.

Thailand has it all! One of the world’s best cuisines, traditional culture, beautiful scenery and above all, very friendly and welcoming people. It is not without reason that it is called the land of smiles.

On each of our country pages, you will find resources linking to our favourite travel providers. These allow you to make an informed decision on flights, public transport, visas, accommodations, activities, and more.

If you make a booking through one of these links, we receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us in keeping this website running and sharing travel itineraries for free. We only include services that we have used in the past and have found helpful.

As some providers have excellent services in one country, but not another, we have made sure to only include those that are relevant to the country you want to visit. So on this page we have only included providers that work well in Thailand.
